We want you to be 100% happy with the product you receive from us. So if you’re not, please let us know. We ask that you please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order.
Please note that each print is custom-made to order, so unless your print arrives damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or offer a refund for a change of mind.
If the product is damaged in the mail, please send us photo verification of the damaged goods to firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll gladly send a priority replacement at no cost to you, and there's no need to ship back the damaged prints.
Kindly double-check that your shipping address as we are not able to reship or refund any lost items due to incorrect details.
For Digital Artworks
All Digital Artworks are deemed “used” after download or opening. Hence, there is no refund on all Digital Artworks. If you like to learn more about our Digital Artworks, we'd love to help.
