NOTE: There is no one perfect preset that will fit every photograph and results may vary with different photos. It usually depends on the lightings, skin tone and settings of the original photo. In some cases, after applying the preset, a simple tweak to the exposure and white balance is all that is needed to achieve the desired look.

Our fine Art Prints are an acid free, archival, museum quality grade paper (310GSM).
A 0.5cm unprinted border all around, on top of the selected size is included as part of the final print. For example, if you ordered a 81cm x 122 cm print, the final print out will be 82cm x 123cm including the border.

We want you to be 100% happy with the product you receive from us. So if you’re not, please let us know. We ask that you please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order.
Please note that each print is custom-made to order, so unless your print arrives damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or offer a refund for a change of mind.
If the product is damaged in the mail, please send us photo verification of the damaged goods to admin@holdinghands.sg. We’ll gladly send a priority replacement at no cost to you, and there's no need to ship back the damaged prints.
Kindly double-check that your shipping address as we are not able to reship or refund any lost items due to incorrect details.
